I want to add to the tear drop.. what would work best for that?

Nice. All I do for legs is squat (low reps) and press (sets of 20). Ray has me doing ext and curls as well as the good girl/bad girl machines now (supersetting sets of 12). I think to add mass via hypertrophy? Not sure - i asked what to do, he to me, so I do it.

I've been putting 3-4 exercise circuits together lately

leg extensions w/
frog leaps

legg presses w/
weighted anterior reaches

ROM Bulgarian split squats
Lunges- tri-directional
One legged cross over step ups

Barbell straight leg deadlift
Good mornings

That kind of stuff

Thanks bud. Those are just plain gym shorts w/ our gyms logo on them. I looked through a bunch of tribal art designs and put it over our name.

WK, my thighs went from 21" in july to 25-26 a few months later when I was doing Squats (Front and Back), Squat Cleans, OH Squats, etc.

Thickened the heck out of my abdomen but hey, legs blew up.

Wow!.. That's impressive....

How heavy did you go?? my concern is my lower back.. I also seem to have some knee issues lately.. not huge but just bothersome...

My legs BLOW up. I had to cut them from 25 to 21 from April 07 to june/jul for my show(s).

They just respond, my biceps? are another story. I have to look through some old logs I hope I saved after the board had that hiccup :(

From what I remember I progressively loaded and hit some triples and single PRs that were just NOT characteristic of me at ALL...

BiggT helped me a while back, set up a plan, so the structure was similar with about 5-10 lbs increase a week, sometimes I got lucky with the 10, although more rare.

I had a front squat day and back squat day.

Cleans are just awesome, after I almost broke the mirror a few times with a flying bar. :)

I threw in OH squats on my deads day, sometimes by that point, I could only hold the OLY bar.

Right now is the first time really ever I train legs while cutting, since they just GROW. Yoga has made them granite hard, I cannot even believe it. Now the skin just needs to tighter, which takes about hmm 6 months to a year.

I see alot of PN stuff in your leg day, that's good.

I definitely would get squatting in there 1-2 x a week. 1st thing in your workout.

Heavy Steps up & plyo's also make me hulk out the seams on my jeans.... grrr.

Bro that's some nice wheels!! I had a very bad accident in the Army and have had 12 surgeries on my legs and they had told me I probably wouldn't ever run again. Well I run all the time and many other things but I have been a little worried about squats and going heavy on leg presses. I am going to take my chances and try to start back squatting and going heavy leg pressing finally! My legs use to be my best bodypart and I'm lucky that I still have decent legs. I only have one bone in my lower right leg due to a staph indfection so I hope it can hold up!

Right now I am going to try a different approach..
Not that I am pursuing figure but I picked up Scott Abels Ultimate Figure program and I'm going to give that a shot.. I really like his approach of a metabolic workout... I've done a few days of it and holy cow... it is challenging.
