Just wondering if anyone has come up with or knows of anything that can at least control it, even a little. I know this may seem like a goofy post but when on a cycle I tend to sound like a freight train. thanx

PQ tells me "shhhh!" or pokes me in the side to shut me up. It works great cause she never wakes me up while doing so!
(I wonder what other things she does???)

There is right and wrong, but only God knows which one is which. I am always having trouble finding an answer that I "think" has more right than wrong in it.

Fat people when laying down snorn since they have fat air passages and they have labored breathing when sleeping since their fat puts pressure on their lungs
try sleeping on the side of your belly

It's not just fat that causes the prob, or fat people who snore. Anything that compresses the tissue around the glottis causes snoring, including the water retention and upper body weight gain you see during a cycle.
Above 210 or so, I snore like thunder. Below 210 or so, I'm silent as snow. This will straighten out for you when you go off-cycle and lose a little of the extra mass you're carrying now.

... Then, do what you have to do.

VOX-DEI I'm 215 at 13% body fat I know to some thats obese on this board but I do not think I am any where near fat. I appreciate your input though, and the sleeping on my side does not work. Thanx.

Hey it happens to my brother.
Nothing wrong with snoring as long as your getting enough O2.
Hook your self up to some O2 to see if you sleep better.

Sleep on your back with your upper and lower body on pillows or get an adjustable bed.
