Let me know what you guys think. I have pretty much dropped isolation work and moved to circuits of non stop movement..

I have been weight training 3 days a week and MMA 4-5 days a week
2 days of grappling 2 days of standup 1 day sparring

my workouts are divided into upper and lower body

lower

sled dragging
box jumps
squats
deadlifts
trunk twists on the grapples
lunges
crunches standing and decline
Russian twists
hanging leg raises

Upper body
tireflip
log press
pull ups
seated rows
t bar rows
crunches standing and decline
Russian twists
hanging leg raises
