Mantra: Start Slow. Be Consistent. Listen to my body. Goal: Look good in my underwear. Supps: Feosol - 1x per week Glucorell - as needed with meals Levorex - 6 per day Sesapure - 6 per day Omegasmart - 1 per day Weight: unknown It's Sunday and that means bulk food prep. The chicken is in the oven and I'm getting ready to start the rice. I have to take my first online exam later today so I'm nervous about that. Sorry to hear about the board faux pas, I hope there was a backup somewhere. I knocked an entire office off the system one time by accident. "Oopsie." Crap happens so hugs to whomever is still kicking themselves in the rear. |
