Setting Up Your Own Discussion Forum

Anyone have some information on starting up your own discussion board? I'm interested in starting one up, but am not really sure which sites offer the best services for me. I checked out ezboard.com and it seemed OK, but if anybody else had experience with this and would share it I'd appreciate it. Also, I am kinda hoping to make a dime off potential advertisers on the site as well. Thanks in advance for anyone who knows about this.

Well, I know a little bit.
EZ is a good place to start because it's very simple and the price is right. The only problem there is that they restrict what you can discuss. AS is off limits. So if you're not talking about drugs or porn it's a good deal.
