View Full Version : Why do they care about unregistered voters opinions in an election year poll?

I read that there is a poll asking about Bush's job approval or who would make a better president, etc. And they always say something like, "poll of 1,010 adults, including 832 registered voters" like one I just saw in Newsweek. Who cares what unregistered voters think in an election year? This is not a consumer confidence poll. So why wouldn't they throw out the unregistered voters opinions. Half of them are probably illegals.
Or is there a good reason to include them that I am missing?

simple really
when the media and their interests do not align with the administration they simply "go public"
to rouse the masses for a specific effect
the media look at the heterogenous masses not unlike a hrvest that can be clutivated for a specific end
since the masses inherantly have no historical ties to the past and are somewhat uneducated its quite easy to push them in one ideaoligical direction or another
in any case manipulation like this will not work for long at those manipulating always pay a price........
if it were me I would smash them to bits for lying to people
