Looks good Mike... its a great next step in your training w/MMA in the mix now. It will keep evolving though so stay intune and adjust and rearrange where needed. I went through the same thing the first year I rolled my wrestling over into BJJ/Mui Thai and MMA. When or if the lifting becomes too much to do just before MMA, just switch it to one of your rest days for a bit.
Now that I'm competing in the cage/fighting on a regular basis, I've been doing this.. alternating BJJ/wrestling and Stand up 4-5 days a week.. then three times a week I hit the weights doing upper body Push/Pull volume day, Lower body&dead lift day, then a upper body push/pull heavy day. A few weeks before a fight, I try and lighten the weight even more on lifting days and run very high rep super sets and start running in the morning a few days a week.

Day one upper, day 2 lower, day three events. If all your weight training for is fighting then chest is not a priority. Use your heavy pressing for shoulders. Keep your movements un assisted and compound, so basaicly your using your body as a whole unite when you train it, no need to isolate anything. Heavy oly lifting is a must along with alot of leg conditioing. Sled and tire will be your best friends along with a ton of Plyo work.

Hey Mike, everybody is a little different, but here's my take on it. i notice that you say on both tue/thur listed as Cardio and MMA Grappling. does that mean you are doing some sort of cardio training, and then doing the grappling? if so, I would probably change it up, and do your cardio on the stand up days. if you haven't noticed already, you get one hell of a cardio work out from the grappling.

also, are you limited in any ways as far as days you are working out? i.e. do you have to have fri/sat off, stand up mon/wed and grappling on tue/thurs?
