For quite a while now, I can't tell the difference between my dreams and the real world.

For example, I will have a very realistic dream and a couple of days later I will actually believe that what ever event occured in my dream and really happend.

I don't know sometimes whether something really happend, or if it was just a dream.

This is starting to seriously scare me.

Any thoughts on what this is all about??

This has been a problem for many many years lately and has gotton much worse. Half days are forgotton and replaced with recolections of dreams. My wife is always like, that never happend, or what the hell are you talking about!

What the hell could this suggest??

yep, before you know it you will wake up in a jelly filled egg hooked up to a generator and realize that all your life you were nothing but a battery for some alien slave master.

You are not on melatonin by any chance?

Nootropics can do that.

no melatonin, and no nootropics right now.

I guess it is not as bad as how I wrote it. It is just sometimes I dream people tell me something, and then I don't remember if they really told me or it was just a dream. And vice versa.

Maybe it is just alot worse right now because I just lost my job. But I am almost happy about it! I feel like only a positive out come will happen. I hated it there. Was only there for benifits, but those suck as now after the union and us lost the strike!!

I used to have a similar problem. I don't know if I'm lying to someone or not. I believe what I am telling them is the truth. Such as, I went ice hole fishing last month in Antarctica. Most people don't know that the ice is 3 miles thick down there. If the subject is brought up again I actually believe I did do that until I start to examine the lie and the details, which make me, feel as though I'm seeing things, since it was all a figment of my imagination. If I'm able to verbally recall anything I've ever seen or done it usually is not true since I can only remember the lies. Thank goodness I stopped spitting untruths in my late teens. I would have driven myself insane not knowing whether an event occurred or not.

Dragon,

Do you drink? Smoke weed or take any other recreational drugs? That is where I would start first.
