man, this looks painful. haven't seen the video yet (maybe we never will), but this might be close to the worst i've ever seen. yeeEEEOOOOWWW!! it was so painful he did not even care about the loaded barbell slamming into his back. hope this doesn't end his career.

As long as nothing is torn he'll come back. It will just take time. The mental factor is going to be hard to overcome.

exactly. imagine getting back on that horse. i don't like his chances of not having a ligament tear or some cartliage damage. have a look at the overhead photo, there's something really weird happening in the joint there. what is that spot, is that some kind of depression? with any luck they popped the dislocation back quickly and it wasn't too badly injured

snatch is one lift that really scares me. so much dynamic movement taht you have to stop...ouch

I wouldn't have screamed.
I'm pretty sure I'd have fainted before I even released the barbell with the other hand.
