I think i have a mild concusion. During the many attempts at the Yoke Press yesterday, the bar came down and hit me in the chin twice. They both hit hard on the chin, but it made me think that it could have been my unprotected teeth!
Anyway, the bar hit me in the head just behind my ear, really hard and at 220 lbs. I shook it off and just kept trying to lift the damb thing.
So, i come home and go to bed. In the middle of the night i woke up to these insane headaches. However, i do manage to sleep really good.
I wake up, go to work and start my Material Handler wharehouse worker job. It's physical work so as soon as i start moving i get these head pains again, nausia, slight dizziness, and just a slight lack of memory and concentration.
The morning was bad but towards the end of the day i was a lot better.
Do the symptoms fit a mild concusion? Any opinions would be great.

Yea, the nausea sounds like it could be , but you didnt get hit in the head;or did you? Sometime a blow to the front can cause damage to the back of the brain as it slams up against the back inside of the skull. But, glad to know you are better.
The fact that you slept "really good", could be indicative of a concussion.

Yes it sounds like a concussion. You might want to go to the doc to be on the safe side.

Yeah, you had a slight concussion.

Chances are you are probably fine, but you want to check with a Dr. There is the very off chance that you can get what is called a subdermal hemotoma, which is not something to mess with. Subdural hematoma - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subdural_hematoma)

I have had concussions and had friends and athletes that have had them, and have not seen many people suffer the next day from any symptoms, so I once again, go see a Dr.
