Any of ya' American Chopper fans? I'm not a "TV guy" (except for sports) but I find the show to be interesting entertainment. The Discovery Channel is pretty good across-the-board. "Those boys in the OCC shop keep me rollin'."

With 900 channels a few shows do slip by me. I'll have to check it.

I like that episode where they're building that choppa' that really means a lot to them, but they're behind schedule 'cause Paulie is screwing around and the old man gets really pissed and they get into a fight, but then they end up finishing the project on time...oh wait...that's every episode http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

It's really good to see here two bros I've been missing, 1911 and LuckyDog, "still humpin' yo leg"!

Both of you guys are complete and unredeemed shmoes for dropping out of sight like you do.

I know you're training, LuckyDog, but 1911 you gotta write me with some pics. Some pics, my man! I gotta see with my own eyes what kind of deplorable state you've let yourself sink into.

Apropos of nothing, today I trained at my old university gym with IronGod's brother, Richard Gear, and his ladyfriend. I took 'em over there on a lark, instead of training in the dungeon where we usually go, where they throw raw joints of meat to the monsters chained along the rear wall. Does everyone at a university look so small and weak? Never noticed that before. Richard was by far the biggest and strongest guy there, and I'm pretty sure I was second. I gotta get IG and FitnessChick in there sometime, they'll be scraping their jaws off the floor for weeks!

... Then, do what you have to do.

If I can get back into my ziplip account I'll drop you a line - arghhh. Don't be surprised if I come across under another email account if I can't get into my old one bro.

Deplorable, eh? You are being kind. http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif I'm not proud of where I am today physically but...as I sit here and reply my pecs and tri's are sore and I have some hot-spots on my left arch from breakin' in some new Asics 2090's. I'm still on-the-road 5 out of every 7 days but I'm now dedicated to one client/travel destination only thru at least mid-May. As a result, I'm trying to establish reasonable training schedule and dietary program based on my new circumstances (The past ~year and a half has been brutal my man). Once I'm tuned and consistent I'll probably do an 8-10 week Test & Winny run (Summer cycle) to "get my head connected." (I've had these Niles sittin' around so long that expiration dates are starting to slip so...gotta shoot em' soon).

Lastly, and to add more complexity, I may be movin' soon as I'm getting too old for this frozen s***! Narrowed my choices down to Sedona, Vegas, Seattle or San Diego. The final decision will come down to how much travel I'm willing to tolerate in the future.

Add-on EDIT:

<BLOCKQUOTE class="**-ubbcode-quote"><font size="-1">quote:</font><HR>Ulter: "With 900 channels..."<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

I'm never there but at my residence I have 8, two of which are PBS fortunately. This is the most channels I have had since 1988.

Later,

Hey B, it's good to notice that I haven't gone totally "unnoticed". Actually I've been meaning to write you for quite a while now. Expect an e-mail sometime this week. But anyways, I've just been busy as all get out with school and football being in full swing. Ever since I've been back I've had 6am conditioning 2 days a week, and afternoon workouts for about 1.5 hours four of the days a week and passing, catching and snapping drills the other day. Add that to a full course schedule and running several clubs on campus and my schedule runs from about 5am straight through til about 11 at night every weekday and THEN I finally get to start on homework and/or try to have a life. I've got a couple of mid-temrs this week in Organic and Biochemistry (Man that's a fun class, I never knew how much of that applied to us), Marketing, CellBiology, Microbiology, and a few other odds and ends this week but I'll get an e-mail out asap.

Yes my training has gone well and I will be posting my plans in the near future for this summer. Actually I've been quite interested in the chemical process of converting Synovex and with the help of one of my Professors (Unknowingly) I am going to try to refine the process to normal lab equipment and post some pics on the process as another archived resource for the AF community if possible. But that's for another time and place. Oh yeah I forgot, it's been winter here for a lil while now and I've been hitting the slopes on the weekend when possible so that leaves me with not much time. But enough of my hijacking 1911's thread. BTW, I still am an OCC addict...lol.
