Just have to get my upper body leaner and I will be happy I think 20lbs or so will do what do you guys think.... I make great progress than it stops for like 2 weeks

A 1212 squat in a meet.

Your body is fighting you all the way there. You're going to have to go past where you want to be for a while and hold it because it's going to come back up again when you refeed. If you think getting there was hard wait until you have to hold it for 6 months. You're phucking awesome Bro. Your progress is nothing short of astonishing.

Great job man, I think you look bigger the leaner you have gotten.
Its just takes time;Bodyfat seems to come off in waves.Hold steady.

Keep staying consistent Mike. Just know, and you probably have already been told and know already, that belly fat on men is the last to go. You are leaning out everywhere really well, I think in the near future you are going to really see a shift in the stomach fat going away (not that it hasn't improved already).
For belly fat, Glucorell has always worked best for me. By managing insulin sensitivity in belly fat, keeping estro levels within normal range, using something like YES (yohimbine) for stubborn fat, and a caloric defecit.......with time, it will disappear.

Damn Mike.. Your face has really thined out over the last few pounds.. Your legs looking frigin awesome. I'm not sure if you could work it into your PL routine but what really helped me fill out the "skin" and tighten up for the last few pounds (especially the chest) was working high rep dips and db chest/bench press into my routine. It really pushed my pec's out and chiseled the edges and middle.
Keep it up man, your looking great!

And the fact you could bench me with one arm would make me feel even smaller. Thank you!

Thanks Bro... My plan is to get to 260 and re evaluate everything. The Yohimburn is helping immensely. Like you said I have this picture in my mind...lol Thanks everyone I appreciate the responses!!!

I know your goal is 260 but my gut tells me that at 260 you will be seeing some AB's and then the idea of finding a tight 6 pack will surface.
I envision you as one seriously strong, 250 lb trainer, with sick tatoo's & a tight 6 pack.
Just my guess but leaning out is an addiction; especially when you already have achieved such great mass. Let alone national titles/records.
I live in Pa. & have a few friends that competed with you regularly and the stories they have told...we'll keep them off the board!

I think if you let you weight stabalize and you could attain your goals at 260-270. But to be super lean (today) you may need to be around 230-240 totally dry

Yeah Mike get down to 230-240-lbs that way this winter when my weight goes back up, I can say i'm bigger than you:overhead: :D
Here's a tip i've had to endure while cutting....
You are gonna have to adjust your clothing wardrobe at some point, if not already, be sure to do that because if you start wearing the previous larger one's it can mess with your mind and make you feel smaller....kind of a mind-fukk. That happens to me and it sucks. It's all good when you take the clothes off....well at least ONLY the shirt when around the dudes;)

Funny you should mention that I had a 4xl tee on my shelf I grabbed the other night and I put it on and was like what the heck it was on my mid thigh... I took it off and was like good god I can't believe I was that big
