protien pudding

i tried somethingnew today...i bought some instant pudding, and mixed in about 25-30 grams whey. just mix the dry pudding and the protien, and prepare the rest as it says on the package...

naturally i used sugar free pudding

Yep good stuff! Another one of my 'cheat' tricks... when I crave sweets while dieting I try to still keep it clean. A dollop of sugar-free coolwhip to top it off ;)

BTW... you could use different flavors of protein and jello... sometimes I add ANPB, chocolate protein and banana jello pudding.:tongue2:

I bought some of the Body Tech packets from the Vitamin Shoppe...not too bad.
