You said that we would continue in January http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
So far...
1. Your team, the Broncos which you ranked #3 in football, got killed and are one and done.
2. The Rams, who you thought were unstoppable at home and who I said sucked, lost at home.
3. The Chiefs lost at home, making the short cameo that I predicted.
4. The Eagles beat a damn good team and still gave up a lot of yards. And for those who know anything the Packers scored both their TD's on Sheldon Brown, one of the Eagles back up cornerbacks. Their Pro Bowl corner Troy Vincent wasnt playing due to a hip injury.
Now I will lay it all out...do I think the Eagles will win the Super Bowl (or even next week)? I dont know. I am not saying they will, the run D might still be their downfall next week. I am saying however that due to recent events I have been proven partially right on those things we debated and you have been partially wrong.
I will be the first to admit when I am wrong...Id like to see you say it too.
My predictions for the rest of the year....
Eagles vs. Indy in the Bowl...Indy wins.
The Eagles have finally just gone over the injury threshold. You cant lose your best defensive performer (one of the D guys who was left at this point that is) in Carlos Emmons and lose your second best offensive player Brian Westbrook in consecutive weeks and continue to win in the playoffs against a healthy team with all its top weapons...the Colts. They have had 3 Pro Bowl players miss most of the year, their best offensive weapon miss games and out for the year now. They lost an entire defensive line to Injured Reserve this year which as pointed out a couple weeks ago on FOX during a broadcast could be a decent starting D line for other teams.
