Well..what can I say..this is me 12 weeks out of my second comp :wiggle: about to head off to the gym so not many..front, side, back and one showing off the muscles :poser: :grin:

And if I am correct, then you are going into this contest in much better shape than the one last year. I can't guess on placings, but that doesn't matter as long as you improve each time. I think you are going to do very well.....and much better than the previous run:)

DEFINITLEY in a better place than last year..I have some muscle this time :poser: but I have no idea how I will place. This year I will be in masters figure..less ladies compete in it BUT the lady that took over all last year was in masters :dunno: the standard is a LOT higher than the novice class I was in last year. But as you mentioned..aim is to improve on last year and come hell or high set treadmills :naughty: I am going to cut it up this year for sure :woot:

In 12 weeks you should hopefully be able to peel most if not all of that off to come in, in nice shape.
