Figured I would start another log.

Body Weight: 250 lbs
BF%: 12%
Height: 6'0"

Goals & Misc. Info: Increase strength, Increase LBM, My diet will fluctuate from 3,500 - 4,000 cals.

Supplements: Multi Vit, Fish Oil, Ibprophen.

Will be using a modified version of a routine Bill Starr created for the Hopkins college football team to follow in the off season. Lots of similarity to his dual factor advanced program. Going to be using some exercises I've never used on a regular basis...for a little change of pace.

Really light day, but that's ok. I need these from time to time. This routine may get tougher later on, but With it being summer, keeping a regular schedule can be tough. Like tonight, it looks like I miss the gym to act as a sub for a friend's beach volleyball team. *shrugs* At least I'll get a little cardio in. :)

Well, I may have over done it on this one, hehe. But it still went smooth. Weight is still light but that will change over the next few weeks. It was funny though, I usually don't sweat much, but I had the majority of my tshirt soaked by the time I wrapped up my last sets. Hell, who needs cardio. :)
