Hello what im looking for is any member of the board with great info on lifting/exercises to help me put together a new routine for me to use at the gym..im looking to put on as much mass/size as i can !
what i would like you to do if anybody is up to the challenge and does not mind helping me is to pm me specific exercises/how many sets/reps and at what kind of weight..a whole complete lifting plan..based around a 3 day a week split,monday/wednesday/friday..please be sure to include deadlifts/shrugs/press behind neck/seated rows/squats in the routine as i love to do them..
my routine at the moment is
monday-chest/back
wednesday-traps/legs
friday-shoulders/arms
i do around 1-3 warm up sets of 10 reps,then 3 sets os 3-6 reps of max weight..please feel free to change this up as much as you want..please give as much info and detail as you can..i have just started a 14 week bulking cycle of
sus 250 eod-1grm a week for 14 weeks
tren a 400mg week,weeks 8-14
dbol-60mg ed weeks 10-14
