Here are some pictures of me today, which are mainly for future reference. I am just over 6 feet tall and I currently weigh 245 pounds. Arms are about 19 inches, 34 inch waist and my max bench is 450 pounds without a shirt. Started lifting about 7 years ago after seeing my friends letting there bodies go to hell and looking in the mirror at myself as I headed in the same direction. I had a little beer gut going and my arms were about 13 inches when I started and I could barely bench 135 pounds. I current goal is to get a little more size before I start doing some cutting. I am going to add some more pictures soon as I go along but any feedback would be great. Think about taking off the body hair but my lady likes it.

Great job bro! Adding 6 inches to your arms and over 300lbs to your bench is a great achievement!

You have a really nice foundation to work with bro - you should look super saucy when you cut up. Got a lot to work with, good job

As I posted in someone's post in this area, I like the look of busting out of my shirts and I am hoping not to loose that much size once I start to cut. What % bodyfat would you guess me at now? I think it was 14% last time but that was a year ago.

Yeah, good job man, I agree with Imoort that you have a lot to work with.
One thing about cutting up is that you will look bigger because of the vascularity and cut lines.
Aesome job man, and you are one strong mofo!!!

LOL! Seems everyone on this site shaves there body from the pics that are posted. Seems like a lot of work to keep it up all the time. I should just do it and see if I like the look.
What % Bodyfat do you think I am at now if you had to guess??

Here is another picture showing my legs too that was done a little bit ago. It is not the best picture, but I think you can get the idea. When I first started to workout, I did not do my legs that much but they coming along for me. This was about a month ago and I was a little more chubby at that time :P

I really do appreciate all the support and comments. I have never posted a picture before on a site, and I really did not know what to expect. I will post more pictures as I move forward for comparison and without the fur suit :)

Pretty sick bench for your bodyweight and body type (im assuming yr tall by yr stats, 6'2" or taller) and after just 7 years starting at 135lbs man. You should go pretty far with genes like that if you persue strength.

Due to popular request, I took off the fur coat this past weekend to see the results. First time that I have shaved it off so it looks a bit funky to me still. I am up a couple pounds but it is most likely just water weight. I am guessing my body fat to be about 12-14% but I need to check.
