I just can't do it...not in the true bulking sense anwyay. I was on my way but even at 211 the extra few pounds of fat I could see on my waist and face were too much for me to handle. I look good when I'm lean and 200lbs which is what I stay at pretty much year round. Maybe a long cycle (6 months+) and the proper supps will allow me to add some weight slowly without getting fat, but I just can't do an all out bulker.

I've given up on true bulking as well. I'm more worried about slow steady gains. Not as much chance for dissapointment.

that's nothing...when I did my second cycle and went on an all out bulker a normal meal out would look like this.
Medium ham,mushroom extra cheese pizza to start Bowl of spaghetti and meatballs with a 10oz steak, along with a basket of cheese toast. yes...anybody can eat like that when they are hungry...eat large meals consistently, then you'll see (or already saw) how cumbersome and chorelike eating becomes...dont need to go all out each time just enough to feel full....do that every 3 hours and your "therealj-bulker" will turn into a "Mr. Nobody-bulker"
