I don't know why.
Much more than normal.
Not on any AAS .. have never been.
Diet is basically the same, carbs are a little bit lower.
Liftng regimen is basically the same, but slowly increasing the weights.
Started back on Red Blast, Beta-Alanine and PureCEE.
Been drinking more water because of the creatine.
One thing I notice that is odd is that sometimes when I eat, I start sweating. It's gross.
Any thoughts?

maybe your body is in an anabolic state. it is summer time. maybe you arent getting enough sodium in your diet. im sure it is partly mental as well.

Did you move recently to a dif climate? Do you have ac in yr home? Is it higher than normal or is it a new addition? Try leaving it closer to the outside temp so yr body isnt so shocked when you go outside.
One thing i notice, when im on top of my water intake and really pounding the fluids, i sweat alot more. I realize i cant suggest that you drink less water but just realize that if youve recently upped yr water intake or manipulated yr sodium or potassium or many other things - they could any or all be effecting yr perspiration.
I sweat horribly. Always have. I dont reek, i just sweat alot regardless. Recently i changed our apartments ac - a little warmer and im sweating less outdoors. Give it a shot if it applies.

Thanks guys.
I keep the A/C at a higher temp b/c I am home only a few hours a day.
I think it may be the combination of lack of sodium (I have been watching my sodium intake) and increased water.
I notice for a few days after my cheat meal, it doesn't happen, which points to the sodium thing.
And if I drink less water it does not happen as much.
So maybe it's a combination of both.
Thanks for the input.

Sweating is good! It is your body's attempt to keep you alive and functioning optimally. If you are sweating more it is probably because you are working out harder then ever before. Keep up the good work, and water intake!

lol
I think they meant like 24-7.
Id rather not sweat as much as i do as often as i do in public or at home either. Its f'ing annoying and embarassing and ends up eating 2-3 shirts a day. Like wring em out after jumping in a pool with yr clothes on - wet.

Though you're eating less carbs than before (so you said), take note if the sweating is after carb-meals. This could be a metabolic response (increase body temp) to the carbs, especially if quantity is significant or, at a smaller quantity, if they are higher on the GI (fruits, potatoes, pasta or bread for example).

It's probably a combo of carbs, water intake, and increase in metabolism. I had about 80 grams of carbs today, 30 of which were pre-workout (after about 6 hours of no carbs at all). Sure enough, workout commenced and so did the raining of sweat. Granted I did legs today but still. Carbs will heat you up, and if you're taking in a lot of water (as you should be) you're going to sweat. If you're not sweating you're either dehydrated or not working hard enough. If you're sweating at rest you're probably on tren lol
