Ive been cutting for 11 weeks now, but I want to change it up to speed up my results for the last 4-5 weeks.
As of now, I weight train 5-6 days a week, and do cardio 6-7 days a week (mostly 7 days). My diet has me at a significant deficit at the end of each day, but I think my body may be getting used to my routine.
I just started jumping rope to replace elliptical work, but according to my Nike Triax C8 watch, jumping rope for 12 minutes only burned 112 calories. It was my first day jumping rope, so it was definitely NOT easy...but I'm afraid it won't be a sufficient amount of cardio for cutting.
My diet is in check
6:00am - 30min cardio;amino's immediately after;cell mas immediately after
7:00am - 5 egg whites;2 scoops isopure zero carb
10:00am - 6-8oz chicken breast or tuna
1:00pm - 6-8oz chicken breast or tuna;1 cup greens
4:00pm - 2 scoops isopure zero carb
5:45-8:30pm - Resistance Training;1 hour elliptical work;amino's immediately after;cell mass immediately after
8:30-9:00pm - 6-8oz lean protein;1 cup greensl low carb source (type of food varies)
10:00pm - amino acids, sleep
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Right now I am 5'10 - ~170lbs @~10%bf.
