I'd like to get a powerbook, download songs to my ipod and sip on non-fat mocha's. Am I the only one?

they are great if you don't do normal surfing on them

I have 5 cpu's that are less than 3 years old, two mac's, 3 pc's, 2 laptops and I like four of them, ones giving me shit at the moment. I need to get off my lazy ass and make some money to afford my first rack server, for fun of course...either that or I need a new hobby,

BTw you can use the ipod and itunes with win xp

I just spent the weekend at my pops house, ,and the guy he rents too, has the new 17" screen laptop, and it kicks ass. Surfing while wireless around the house with cable was no problem at all.

The only down side to it was it gets hot on your lap.

This guy is a computer specialist for teh Air force and knows his shit. He Likes his apple better than any other PC!

he even has this super cooled computer, that sounds like a jet engine, and is by far the fastest computer I have ever used, ,but he is going to get an apple G5 instead. I am hoping to score his super cooled computer though, as I just don't have the cash to buy a new apple right now. (Especially since I am saving for a new motorcycle next year!)

he says the only thing that sucks is some software is not available, ,and it is almost impossible to find and free (pirated) software for it. So, it costs him a bit more.

I'm always having software incompatiblity probs when on the web with my dual 1ghz g4 and tit g4 powerbook. Just make sure you have winxp compatible machine near you, if trouble arises on the net.
