I've lurked for awhile but finally registered. Hope to contribute a bit.
I am not on any other boards, so don't confuse me with anyone else that may have this alias, lol.

Was your name inspired by the Simpsons? I hope your journey on the board is fulfilling. What are your personal goals boss?

Yeah, from the Simpsons, lol. One of my colleagues equates me to Kent Brockman at times. :) LOL
Goals? Well, I can elaborate on that.
I'm 24, about 6'6, and currently ~230. 7 months ago I had a scare of prostate cancer (turned out to be just BPH) and topped out a bit over 250lbs. I am sure I was at 260 at one point, as I'd really let myself go.
I met my first goal this year already, which was to bench my weight. I can push 240 two times now and still going up, although I've switched to a 5x12 setup from my previous 5x5 routine for isolation/definition purposes.
My goal by the end of the year is to be around 210-215 depending on how much strength I gain. I don't have BF calipers, but I'd guess I am in the mid/high teens at least.
The changes I made last December were switching to a paleolithic diet and lifting 4x per week. I recently in the past 2 months got serious about cardio 5x per week as well. Oh, I recall that I was doing AM fasted cardio for about 3 weeks in January before some personal issues came up that didn't allow for that any longer. I hope to resume that soon, pending those issues.
My partner who ref'd me as KB has helped me with everything, and I had played basketball competitively for almost 8 years until I went to college and went through a bout of depression. So I suppose I had some amount of muscle memory going too. But I am stronger now than I've ever been, so I just have to keep dropping off the fat to get how I really want to look.
