Back in the Saddle..........

Just saying hello to all the old faces and to all the new members at AF. I was stuck in NW Ontario for a fair bit but now I am back in civilization. I've turned a new leaf and started a masters program, so with more time on my hands I'll hopefully be able to do a little more posting. I'm thinking i must be close to the record of being the longest standing member with the fewest posts http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

hopefully that will change. This coming year I'll be starting my 4th cycle so I may be calling on some of the great knowledgable bro's on this board.......anyways.....have a good one....DR
