Looks like there is an arrest warrant out for him, apparently there is a 12 year old boy accusing him of molestation or something liek that. Who lets him around kids seriously? I mean he climbs trees with little boys, and has sleep overs and crap. This predicament is a usual catch-22. The family will be offered millions by jacko to drop the charges, but have pressure from the DA's office to continue by using the argument that he will get away with it again and again if he isn't stopped now. But if the family continues with the charges then they will miss out on the money, and have nothing but the scars, and a civil suit is out of the question.

That is what needs to be done to him, and is an example of how the law should be changed b/c it's goal of rehabilitation for some criminals does not work. But the sad thing is many people would rather take the money, and turn their back on the next poor child who visits that sick F@&*$%g ranch of his. And what parent in their right mind would ever leave their child with him alone, unsupervised with his past troubles?

WORD on this!!! I don't have any kids (that I know of...lol.) but that would be the worst thing.

I'd literally beat the hell out of that guy for a good hour straight with some major pain before I put a bullet through his face. I'd be going to jail too...wouldn't even think twice about it. This stuff is just flat out sick.

By the way, a civil suit is definately not out of the question. If anything, one would be probable if they dont take a settlement. The criminal conviction would be a great bonus to the civil case. I think they should proceed with the criminal case and then if the vic wants to, sue him as well. Not all of Jacko's money can erase what he has been doing to kids for over a decade, but it can ease the pain a bit for the vic. I think he should have to pay. And if the vic sues, it is likely that he will get some $, expecially with the lower civil standard of proof.

Remember OJ keitro, or is that before your time? Making statements of opinion like MJ is better than Elvis and claiming its a 'fact' is just ignorant, people all have differnt tasts, so there is no 'fact' of who is greatest. If you wanted to quantify this as in who sold the most albums, or who made more $, fine, present real facts. If you want to spend the night at Michael's fine, but dont involve the rest of us in your delusions.

My sentiments exactly. I miss communicated my point due to poor punctuation before. Why just go for the money and forget about the next kid, when you can possibly convict if there is enough evidence, and file a civil suit especially when the law has been changed recently due to OJ resulting in civil cases not interfering with the criminal case.
