Default OK my American friends...enough is enough

This my friends is not a request it is a demand . You owe it to yourself to order these following items so you can enjoy what a cheat day is like in Canada. Sit back with you northern friend therealj and enjoy the best Canada has to offer. The following items are the must haves. I beg just one of you to order some of these items and take first step towards uniting our strained diplomatic relations . E2 please chime in and let our friends know just how truly deprived they are

The bakery items
Joe Louis cakes
if there is one single must have item it's these cakes, you must order it's just that simple. Never has the unison of waxy chocolate cake and whipped cream come together in such perfect harmony

Passion Flakies
These are listed under the Vachon Cakes along with the above mentioned Joe Louis. They are a delightful blend of tender flaked pastry, delicate whipped cream and mystery fruit filling. A little on the sweet side and best served with a glass of cold milk

Cookies

Now I'm not sure or not if these are in the US, because I know Oreo's are (though a recent study showed 80% of people chose the Canadian version of Oreo's over the US version in a taste test) If they are not you owe it to yourself and your children (providing you've procreated) to order the following

Christie Pirate Peanut Butter Cookies

Quite possibly the best store bought cookie known to man, it's like a peanut butter party in your mouth, and yes my American friends you are all invited. Recommended dose is 4-6 with 16oz of ice cold milk

The next area is for those "gotta get a quick fix" times when all you need is a chocolate bar, it could be from a miss-timed insulin shot or just simply pre-contest snacking but we all need a sugar fix from time to time, so grab your glucorell-R and enjoy a few of these with me

Chocolate bars

Nestle Coffee Crisp

It's coffee,wafers, and chocolate, need I go on? I didn't think so

Nestle Smarties

All the parents out there know the kids love the M&M's, well imagine how cool your kid will be at school when they show up with these multi-colored shells of chocolate. Please, I beg you, think of the children

Cadbury Crispy Crunch

I don't even really know how to explain this one. It's probably the most unique Canadian bar out there and while crispy and crunchy it doesn't forget to melt in your mouth. Only caution here is a toothbrush will be needed as remnants of the bar will remain lodged in teeth for hours if left unattended. Some will be reminded of the Butterfinger, but this is much much better

Cadbury Wunderbar

I was mistaken when I eluded to the Crispy crunch as being the most unique bar, the Wunderbar is hands down. This bar is a shell of very chewy toffee coated in creamy milk chocolate and inside.........wait for it......................yes peanut butter.
Buy two cases and hide them from the kids.

Well there ya go friends

After stealing a flaky from my roomate, I went back and read the rest of your post and realized that you can't mail order a poutine...that's too bad; maybe I can exploit this hole in the mail order foods market...

Me and Joe Louis go way back as that along with 2 popsicles used to be my summer breakfast. Ahhh the days of teenage metabolism. To those Americans who haven't had anything on the Canadian list I will trade you 2 Joe Louis', 3 Passion Flakies a box of Smarties and the whole CFL for the Oakland Raiders.

J: Don't lie, everyone in BC spokes weed. They thought us east coasters that in school

I love the Peanut Butter OH Henry, it's better than Crispy Crunch and Wunderbar (but I love those too)

If it's not hard it's not worth doing...

I saw this thread, but it didn’t hit me until this morning. I love Alpen Cereal! No sugar or salt added. Made in the great white north, if I am not mistaken. Ever tried it? I highly recommend it.
