I've recently been spraying pam on a pan, setting the stove to 4, cracking 6 eggs in large bowl, mixing, pouring in the pan, shaking some salt and pepper on it while it's cooking, waiting about 10 min, flipping waiting about 1-2 min and serving with ketchup or franks hot sauce.
I usually make two batches at time, one for after cooking, the other one goes in the fridge for a 2 hour reprieve. http://www.anabolicfitness.net/smileys/lol2[1].gif

Put whole eggs with shell in bowl of water. water must cover up top of eggs and bowl cant be too big. Microwave for 3 minutes. Crack eggs open pour in glass. Add orange juice and voila....breakfast on the run http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I hate eggs unless they are in an very good omelet,lol. I normally just hard boil them and eat them in 3 bites, with three drinks of water http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Over easy on toast is one of my favorites.
Or I scramble them with a little onion powder and tabasco sauce.
Or if I don't have time to create anything I just hard-boil them.

Scrambled, with olive oil, and a shredded chicken breast. Flavor with garlic, pepper, salsa or mustard.

This is gonna sound pretty sick to some but it is so good.
8 eggs white + 2 whole eggs
1tsp vanilla
one whole banana sliced
1/2 cup slow cook oatmeal
dash of cinnamon
2-3 packets of splenda
Cook just like scrambled eggs using olive oil http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Tastes kinda like banana french toast

Well I did this, this morning.
cooked bacon, ate the bacon
poured grease into another pan until grease covered the entire SA
jacked up heat and then threw three eggs in to boiling grease and left until cooked...mmmm goodness
12 pieces of bacon and 6 whole eggs /w 60g protien drink, 22oz of sunny D for meal #1
BTW I'm on a low cal diet, at least for me
