Default BiPro

I know people get sick of the chocolate/vanilla protein wheys for their shakes.

I've talked about this elsewhere on this board before, but I thought I'd make a thread about it on here.

I found a really good unflavored protein whey that mixes well (not chunky) into everything. It's called BiPro.

BiPro Whey Protein Isolate

They have an awesome shaker that comes with a little whisk ball in it to help blend it even better into your drinks. It mixes really well in Gatorade. It also mixes EXTREMELY well into water with the South Beach "Tide Me Over" flavored water packets (strawberry banana, Tropical Breeze, etc).

The only thing it doesn't seem to do well with is Propel. Propel already has that weird, artificial tangy aftertaste and it seems to get magnified with this stuff.

Anyways. It's 80 cals, 0 carb, 20g protein. It's awesome for days when you're right on target for your calories but you're a little off on your protein macros. A lot of people mix it into sauces and stuff.

Just thought I'd share. I'm happy with this product and it's nice to have an alternative to frickin' chocolate and vanilla.

They also have another one that I want to try that is supposed to help you sleep better and be more alert in the morning:
