View Full Version : A Little Hello From The UK
Hello All,
My names Jordan, I'm 20 from the UK and work from home on the internet in the gaming sector. The good thing about it is, I'm my own boss!
I've never really hit the gym properly as i should before due to school/university strains but now i don't have those and I have a lot of time on my hands theres now no excuses!
Usually my set back is my diet so I'm hoping to have a look around a try set up some sort of schedule for that and try stick to it.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing some of you around the boards, took a look at a few pictures of some of you... theres some very inspiring stories!
Jordan

Welcome to AF. It's always cool to see another face here from the UK and rare to see a games author. What do you do? Programmer, designer, artist, all three?

Hi Blut thanks for the welcome, where abouts in the UK are you? I'm in Leeds
I actually can't program or design etc we currently only run text based games, I'm more of the marketer search engine optimizer and what not. I started of with a partner who was the programmer but we've since expanded slightly over the last 6 months or so and hired two other guys.

It's fun being a small company. I managed it until I was 40 and then got sucked into a more corporate environment.
If you're looking for another programmer, I know someone in Bradford who is currently available and has been programming games since the early '80s.
