Default Tuna Salad With Fresh Dill

INGREDIENTS:
1 7-ounce can of water-packed low-sodium tuna, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon low-sodium Dijon mustard
Dash Pepper

PREPARATION:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Serve on lettuce, pita bread, baked potato, pasta or rice.

the addition of LF yogurt takes the place of LF mayo?? interesting, haven't tried that one yet.

i'm only adding about 2-3 tablspns of LF mayo to a 12 oz can of tuna. 7 oz's with 1/4 cup LF yogurt, need to check the macs and see if I would be saving any cals.
