Hello everyone my name is Lindsey. A friend told me about this site, he thought it would be good for me as I further my training. I've always been the skrawny, twiggy girl. So I decided to take control of my body and get the changes I've dreamed about.
I'm currently 25, 124 lbs., 5'6 1/2, 12% bf I started training in Jan. 2008 I still have a lot of work ahead of me. My goal is to work on lower body more. I want those legs that make heads turn and and a** that you can bounce a quarter off of. Here is my most current pic.![]() ![]() ![]() |

Welcome in lindsay, great ladies here for advice as well as the whole board for everything you need.
Looking good to start with, you should come along nicely. My ex i was with for like 8-9 yrears from high school started out that way, she was always complaining bout her nobby knees and being too skinny. Well we fixed that up for her over some time and she turned out looking fabulous, all about the same measures too. (roughly) But you will get it, keep at it and welcome again! Good Luck!

Welcome. Not what I expected when I saw your pics - I expected it to be a guy, with a name like diesl. You made a good choice with coming to this board. You look pretty good, I look forward to the final masterpiece.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!
I'll post my log here soon. Still doing some fine tuning. Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm in the gym 5-6 days a week and I typically eat clean. Diet still needs work but I'm getting there. I've broke my lower body routine down into two days a week now. I think that's really going to help me. I'm a squattin machine these days. ![]() |
