Thinking about ordering some, but just wondering how many people use them?
I've never used them myself.

I used to use a neoprene one for my tendonitis. I haven't used it in a while - I always hated how it balled up at the elbow during contractions. It did help w/ keeping the irritated area warm tho.

Do you all use prowriststraps.com for your pads?
I might order some from there. I've been meaning to do this for awhile now too.

I use the Rehband sleeves for every workout. APT sells them now.

HELL NO!! Tell him that J.R. sent you. You'll get better service!! :tongue3:
Yup. Rehbands. Get the old-style blue ones if they have any kicking around. If APT doesn't have them, check jackalsgym.com. Actually, check out jackalsgym.com anyway - there's an awesome video of the Gillingham brothers lifting heavy shit that plays right as you hit the homepage of their site.

Are the XXL's big enough for you guys (Rehbands)?
I think my size measured at the elbow is between 34/35 cm's. I have small joints, but my arms are around 18-18.5".....haven't measured them in awhile.

I only use them for when my elbow flares up. Other than that i think they tend to make me feel too sure of myself so i opt not to.

Rehbands from APT, I forget which sizes I wear but I measured and went off the chart. So far no problems at all with the fit.

In all honesty telling APT that Mike or J.R. sent you will probably lead to Alan sending a pack of angry, pitchfork toting midgets to your house so do the smart thing and tell him Drew sent ya.

Let us know how you like them. I've been thinking of getting some, but have other stuff I need to buy first. Right now I've been wrapping my elbows with some 2 meter knee wraps when I do heavy chest, shoulders, and tris. So far wrapping them has REALLY helped.

Normally I would procrastinate on ordering stuff.....so I did it right when I got the idea, and before I changed my mind:D
I probably should have added wrist straps in with them. Those are gonna be a purchase soon too:)
Which brings me too my next question......
What is the exact wrist strap everybody orders from APT? Don't they have a bunch of different types?
If I order soon, I want to know the exact preferable one to order:)

Bro go ahead and buy some sleeves, they are well worth the investment.
I use these straps: APT Pro Gear - HEAVY Basic Lifting Straps 1-1/2" wide (http://www.prowriststraps.com/inc/sdetail/124748)
I also have a pair of the wider/longer straps that I cut down because I liked the extra width but the length was too much for my liking.

Tommy Kono's when I press heavy Love um! ATP also puts out a heavy duty sleeve, IG uses those says he likes them aswell. Dont like the rehband, they dont ride up the tricep enough.

Polski, that's why I use a pair of knee sleeves instead of the elbow sleeves. I like the extra coverage they seem to offer.
