Paying tribute to Jager's thread... I figured I'd put up some pics as well.

I have lifted on and off for ages... 20 months ago, I got out of a horrible relationship and was in the worst shape of my life... I put my nose to the grindstone, made some diet changes, got on HRT through my doc and these are the results.

I am doing a contest June 21st and it will be almost exactly 24 months since i started back to it.
