Whatsup world?

I bought taurine from the AF Store a while back, as I heard its an essential supplement if one is taking stimulants (which I am via Thermorexin), in addition to other health benefits. Quick question:

What are the optimal dosages?

Use 1/2 tsp before and after a workout. It helps with cramping. Ask Macro about using it with Beta Alanine for dosing.

Will do, bro, as I'm already using the BA 15-30 mins prior to my workout.

take taurine at different times (as they are competitive). so if using BA before and after workout take taurine in AM and PM.
