Are EFA's in capsule form just as good as in liquid form? For example, is it better to drink a tablespoon of flax seed oil versus swalllowing the equivalent amount in capsule/pill form?

What kind and how much do you all take on a daily basis?

No flax, stick to fish oil. Caps or oil doesn't matter, as long as you get the same amount of EPA/DHA.

How much do you recommend of each of the omega 3's and 6's each day?

Somewhere between 3-10 caps.
5-6 would be a sweet spot. Check out the EPA/DHA content though. Aim for 2-4 g of EPA/DHA combined.

I wouldn't take any type of liver oil...remember the liver is the body's filter.
