Back again

Hey guys!

Some of you may remember me from a few years ago, I was a fairly regular member here under the same handle. I badly injured my back (compressed disc) and was in PT for about 8 months. Unfortunately, because I couldn't work out, I got so depressed I stopped visiting the boards, started overeating, and drinking heavily

Well, I got clearance from my doc to hit the gym again last month, and my wife and I both started getting back to the program last week. I must say it feels good, and I have a lot to make up for (I gained 50+lbs since I hurt my back).

Hopefully that means you'll be seeing a lot more of me here
