Mols's new avatar has me wanting to see more. You have about the same body as my 19year old sister "half sister in-law" who is a cross country runner and weight lifter. Props to you!! YOu look freaking amazing!

HAHA, do not get me wrong, I am the pitbull that guards that girl from my friends and others. She is my wifes step sister, but my wife and I pretty much raised her since she was 10. She is ripped and has the same physical appearance as you, she hits the gym with my all the time, it is a compliment! god knows most women wish they could look like they did when they were 19!

OK ill take it....diet is alright...minus the cheating :eek: I like chocolate......and carbs.....a lot. Even though they make me feel like crap! Ugh gota work on food control. I am still getting plans from my trainer yes....my workouts are very much reflecting how im feeling mentally thats for sure. Some days ill go in the gym feelin like a million bucks and have a great lifting session, other times they suck so bad :weightlifter: if im not in a good mood. Mind over matter.

self concious about what? you are the total package IMO. Some like bodybuilder girls and some like girls that are fit and obviously workout. great job! I know I do not like a women with bigger legs than me! You have an onion "your butt" .. it brings a tear to my eyes ;) lol. My wife is starting YES tomorrow btw from looking at your results.

And about the full undies, I like thongs as well, but gotta have major coverage for when im in my BDUs, trust me thongs and those pants dont mix. Constantly pickin them outta my butt haha. :)

OK be gentle.....this is hard for me i am SO self concious of my lower half you have no idea. I dont wear shorts unless im with family or something. Never in the gym anymore.....i have no calves, i mean seriously i dont think i was born with any muscle there LOL. I just finished dinner and took these, no abbage going on either. Bleh wrong time to take pics but oh well
