I need to get my workout straight for the summer and need some help

6' 205 prob 11% bf
Bench 325
Squat 435
Hang Clean 275
Front Squat 305

I have to lift at school until may then i want to start my own workout and running program from for a little over 3 months from may to the 1st week in august.

I need some help, i want to set up a full program so i can go into camp at my bigger, faster, and stronger than ive ever been.

I have access to a full gym, tires, wegihted vest, field and track to run on.

I wanted to see if anyone here could help me set up a prgram with running, plyos, and other things

I have to time and equipment needed but just havent been able to set up a program, i have been stalled for a awhile

Any help is appreciated

I have a month until i need to start so i want to get it right

I plan on doing a 4 day split upper/lower

Here is what i was thinking:


Monday: Upper body

Tuesday: Lower body

Wednesday: Plyos

Thursday: Upper body

Friday: Lower body

Saturday: Plyos and stamina

Sunday: off

I mmostly need help with the running part,
how many times a week?
I want to increase my 40, vertical, and stamina
So i need to figure out how to set it up so i do speed days, plyos days and stamina days
should i run on lower, upper or off days?
