Well I dropped an inch from my waist with believe it or not measured 34" this AM. Lots of weight to lose, especially when looking at a picture and not in the mirror.

Hey your still looking good....chest is looking good and I have seen a lot of people say on here that abs are made in the kitchen...good work though..where did you start for weight and where are you now?

Started at 193, at 189 - not a big drop - thank you for looking
