P7 question

I just starting using P7 and noticed that 7-oxo DHEA is on the ingredient list. DHEA is on the USAPL banned substance list. Is 7-oxo DHEA different or am I not allowed to use P7 and compete USAPL?

7-oxo-dhea, also known as 7-keto-dhea, is not banned by WADA or any of the bodybuilding federations, could not find the usapl but if its the same as WADA (which it appears to be) its not banned.
