Which fish oil do you all buy and from where?

I've been searching around it seems that any of the cheap fish oil caps don't contain a good amount of EPA/DHA. The Kirkland brand is 180/120. The cheap stuff from vitamins.com (Puritan) doesn't even list the values. The best value I've found so far is the NOW Ultra-Omega 3 caps which are 500/250.

How much EPA/DPA do you recommend you take in on a daily basis?

I get mine from Life Extension Foundation (http://www.lef.org/newshop/items/item00982.html). 700/500 EPA/DHA in their recommended daily dose of 2 capsules.
