healthy fats
peanut butter
almonds
peanuts
one of the above combined with a protein shake is an easy way to switch up from eggs.

Scrambled eggs with a little cheese is my favorite, but other than eggs....
Somewhat lean cut of steak, or
Chicken breast with some raw nuts are both delicious
Also, can't forget the coffee :ilcoffee:

yeah it sucks when you don't have the big bowl of oats to go along with some eggs to fill you up. Some one here mentioned an omlette with turkey and feta cheese and that sounded pretty good.

Omega 3 eggs and turkey bacon
chicken/almonds
Breakfast doesn't need to include a typical "breakfast" type food. It's just 1 of the other 5-6 meals you're eating that day.
Ive also included mixing an instone pudding (20 grams) which includes milk and whey pro. and 1 30gram scoop of whey. Mix it together and it taste incredible. total 2 grams of carbs. I will also have a tablespoon of EVOO!

EFA's in combination with any of the following:
steak 10oz
1 can tuna
10oz chicken breast
40g whey isolate in water
My favorite essential fatty acids:
Salba (white chia seed) oil
Flax (Barlean's highest lignan)
Extra virgin olive oil
Coconut oil, extra virgin cold-pressed
Fish oil, of course (Nordic Naturals, Minami Nutrition are my favorite brands)
