3:00pm 1 chicken breast, 1 apple
4:00pm 10 red blast
5:00pm train and 1 scoop waxy maize, 2 grams glutamine, 15 grams bcaa's, 1 teaspoon beta alinine
Similar to BDR....
On weight training/strength conditioning days:
330pm 6-oz's of Tuna and 1 slice whole grain bread or 1/2 portion oatmeal
530pm 1tsp beta alanine, 2gm l-glutamine, 10gms BCAA in 1/2 scoop whey
6pm Weight train
On MMA training days:
4pm 6-7oz's Tuna or chick breast and 2 slices whole grain bread
615pm 2/3 cup Granola or cup Oatmeal
630pm 1tsp beta alanine, 3gm l-glutamine, 10gm BCAA, and Pyruvate
645pm MMA training/sparing
Do you guys think an apple or fruit would be a better choice "pre" training then oatmeal or granola?? or just prefrence?

It depends. It won't really give you much more energy to lift (or a sugar crash either) but liver glycogen levels are the main indicator of your body going into anabolism or catabolism so if you wan't to build a little muscle, it might be a good idea :)

I like to have something very simple and plain like some chicken breast, turkey breast or tuna, scrambled eggs. Get at least one low carb, leaner, plain source of protein from the above mentioned with an apple. Then i will drink water through my workout and then feast for my postworkout meal.
can of tuna and 1 package of quaker weight watchers maple syrup oatmeal about an hour and a half before training

I usually have 1 scoop of whey protein, 1/2 cup of oats, redblast, 1 tsp. of beta A
sometimes if I have a large meal a close to training I'll just have a banana or something small rather then the usual. I find it hard to train on a full stomach.
