I have spoken to Chad extensively on HG. I think he has the potential to do really well, but there are some things he wants to accomplish in PL first.

I am sure you are familiar with his training split then. That is him and I wish him well. I just have no idea how in the world that could work for anyone. He will even state, hey i don't recommend anyone else do this period. For some reason this works for me. Just saw his Highland games vid for the first time and was just curious as to what you though. Hope all is well bud. I got to get myself a kilt. I would get my ass kicked so bad but that just looks like a fun competitive thing to me. I'm from PA how do i get involved?

We all get one lab rat in life, he is taking a route with his that seems to work for him. Is it optimal? I can't say....

He was a college thrower, so he had a pretty good background.

Well, find you a game and get it on!! Where in PA are you?

Ahhh.. that. I actually agree with what he says there. Funny thing is that he asked me what i thought of the outline of a program like that. I told him i thought it looked great. There might be a thing or two i'd switch around, but the general concept is so solid, imo.

You have to realize that i only train twice a week, and have gone many weeks with only one ME day per week. Last week for me i front squatted and went to the gymn once. That's it.
