This show is down in Middletown, DE on June 28.....since I'm not competing this year, I'm working the show.....

That is so cool...I guess I'll have to wear an AF shirt so we can meet!
The other Jen is working hard; and being a "natural" show we kind of figured "leaness" would be key. She will be lightweight for sure.
Sunday she weighed 120lbs and had much more vascularity in her shoulders and arms. Keeping the diet tight right now with (a cheat meal) Saturday nights. Her legs are beautiful but I am concerned about definition; they are stubborn to show any detail? As the BF drops we will see what needs to be done.
My bad; we had no time for pictures Saturday but waiting on some now.
She is practice posing almost every night and she has ordered her suit.

cool... glad to hear that she is on track. My legs have the same problem, lol.. My quads are big but the detail to get them there was tough. Hit drop sets 15,12,10... These work wonders.. OMG delaware is the show huh? when is it again? I think you said end of June? right? I wish I could go but there is a big show in NY and I want to get to that one. Great to hear and what color are the suits. Jen is lucky to have you in her corner Doggy, TEAR that girl up and stick it out with her through thick and thin, the last few weeks are the worse. How is the cardio action coming along?

A lot of the time with women, the legs are the last to come in.....so they'll probably just be a while.....

But yes, it'd be definitely great to say hi if we can arrange it....
