Found out I had one yesterday, so I have to back off training my arms directly for awhile. I figured I'd go in and change up my routine, avoid that work. What a pain in the ass! On the bright side, I'm irritated for not being able to work out rather than just not working out, lol.

After my therapy I REALLY felt a difference in it today. It felt much better, but at the same time any weight I moved with my biceps, I really felt it.

Has anyone here ever had this happen? If so, how long did it take to heal up? This is so damn irritating.

It's a pretty common area for inflammation. Doesn't take too long to heal up IF you can keep from irritating it over and over. Try filling a ziplock bag with ice, and icing it several times a day. I'll warn you up front, it's going to hurt! Ice it 20 min. or so, after about 10 min. the pain will ease up, then after you remove the ice and it begins to thaw, it will hurt all over again.
Tight bench shirts inflame my husband Mikes every once-in-a-while.
