Used a product that I later found out mimicked estrogen and was the cause of Gyne in a few ppl (tea tree oil shampoo). I had used it for 3 yrs religiously all the while I was putting on weight, feeling bloated, loss of libido, and getting what looked like gyne until I finally realized the cause was from the shampoo. Immediately quit (9mos ago from today) and have since lost 21lbs and 10% bf.
1st pic from July when I stopped using the shampoo..and 2nd pic from Jan. don't have recent pics but im slightly better than jan pic. Still can't burn the chest fat though. no lumps/nodules and nipples are fine. eat clean and have done cardio on and off..hard to maintain cuz i don't feel like im getting anwhere..and actually feel more bloated afterwards. Yohimburn ES the way to go? also AIFM?...still feel like i carry a lot of water weight and libido is still pretty low. |

Then i read about the tea tree oil. as soon as i did i stopped using and weight started coming down naturally..then sped up w/working out. still worth looking into AIFM? can lower my estrogens and bring my T back up? T levels today are mid range and Total Estrogens are mid range as well. not sure if they should be lower as range is pretty vague (<200). Endo was useless...told me T levels just above lowest limit was fine for a 32yo. what a boob. thx. |

Cool bro. 813 is the Tampa area code. I thought thats what you meant. If you have any questions or comments about those products make sure you put them in the Anafit supplements discussion forum. That way your questions will definitely be seen and answered. Those are good products, they should be helpful along with a good weight training, cardio and diet routine.

Welcome, Good to see you here. Definitely read up in the Anafit supplements discussion board.
AIFM does exactly what you're looking for. It lowers E levels and brings up T levels. And YES will help you rid of the fat. Apply it to the spot before cardio. |
