You know its funny.. that you say that about my lats Buns.. I have to use the self timer and have to improvise... I stack my oat bottle, whey bottle and whatever I could find ATM to stack my camera. I think the view will be better when someone else is standing there taking the pics.

The hiney is looking ok, pretty much gone if you ask me. But its cute, hehe - I love the YES and recommended it to a friend. She should get hers tomorrow, lol...

RED is the color all... I have just been using the purple suit to practice in... I do like it too though and heck its like a bathing suit so I can even use it in the summer, bwahahah!

Funny too that you mention my back.. my coach says its one of my better features.. along with my shoulders, arms and quads.

Looking good -- I think you can get more lat out of that front bi pose as well.. consider elbows a little higher up, push them a little forward and your wrists a little bit backwards. You should feel your middle lat engage right behind your shoulders. Its almost like setting your middle lat on a ledge- you can actually set sort of set your middle lat "into it" (same idea as sitting into a side pose to get the hammie to engage more - same sort of 'set into it'). That gets your chest to push out a little further too.

Just a suggestion to see if maybe you can feel the lat engage a little.

yes no carbs after 3pm anymore... I do feel nauseous today and am not gonna get my cardio in. I can barely sit straight. I feel like I am gonna run to the bathroom every five minutes.

I will get an extra 30 minutes of cardio in tonight and then I am done.

I am so fired up today. I got so much to do.. my gym gave me some gear last night, so nice. I got a new long sleeve tshirt so I don't get my car all full of dream tan and a new gym bag, but its small... darn!

I was like HELLO... I am representing this joint and don't have gear, lol.. I would've walked out witha hoodie too, but man they are effen cheap, hah!
