Hello everybody.....been training for years and have quite a bit of extensive knowledge about cycling (not bicycling tweak LOL, although I used to MTB race downhill) training and nutrition. I have been around for some time and am on quite a few boards, vip/vet on a few as well. I look forward to helping out where I can be of assistance and offer what knowledge I have.
