I thought I would show what my gyno-less chest looks like now! I know the pics are poor quality but I just got this camera and was playing around with it tonight and I thought I'd share. Currently I'm 6'2 and 235 lbs. Just started speed and agility training last week again to try and get back in shape!

Chest is looking like it never had gyno..good shit. Did you have to have surgery for the gyno mang? Also do you know what your BF% is in these pics? This is around my bf% now and i wanted to know what i am.

Yes, I had surgery for gyno. If you do a search of my posts you will find the details on everything. I had the surgery in October.

I have no idea what my bodyfat is. I feel like I am fatter then I look in these pics though for some reason haha.

Killer, I measured my waist tonight and its not that small. Right around my hip bones its exactly 36 inches. I could probably get it down to 34 inches but not any more.

My waist looks smaller than it is because I have pretty wide shoulders.
